Jess Craun
Salon Leader & Owner of Fluff and Fetch
With a lifelong passion for dogs, Jessi brings over 15 years of hands-on experience and heart to every groom. She began her journey apprenticing at AKC dog shows and traveling the country, learning the art and science of grooming from the best in the industry. Today, she’s proud to lead Fluff and Fetch — a salon built on quality, care, and connection.
At work, Jessi’s favorites include a wide variety of Doodle breeds and small breeds like Yorkies, Shih Tzus, and Schnauzers. Whether she’s behind the grooming table or running the day-to-day operations, she’s committed to making every visit feel like a treat for pets and their people.
When she’s not in the salon, Jessi loves spending time with her husband, their three kids, and their extended circle of family and friends — always surrounded by love, laughter, and (of course) dogs.
Tate Craun
Co-Owner of Fluff and Fetch
Tate Craun is the co-owner of Fluff and Fetch and a proud husband and business partner to Jessi Craun. With many years of management experience and five years in the dog grooming industry, Tate plays a key role in keeping the salon running smoothly behind the scenes while helping create a welcoming, professional environment for both pets and their people.
A true family man, Tate loves spending time with his kids, riding motorcycles, listening to music, and watching hockey and football. His mix of leadership, passion, and upbeat energy makes him an essential part of the Fluff and Fetch family.
Colton Ergenbright
Groomer Apprentice
Say hello to Colton — our sunshine-loving superstar in training! A proud local and self-proclaimed beach stroll enthusiast, Colton brings warmth, humor, and a whole lot of heart to the Fluff and Fetch family.
Currently attending grooming school, Colton is chasing his passion for pups and perfecting the art of the fur-fect finish. Whether he’s mastering a teddy bear trim or offering tail wags and TLC, Colton’s energy is as bright as a summer day.
When he’s not brushing up on his grooming skills, you can find him soaking up the sun, spreading joy, and being fabulously himself — because around here, authenticity is always in style.
We’re lucky to have Colton’s sparkle on our team — and we know your pets will love him just as much as we do!
Tess Baccino
Professional Dog Groomer
With 10 years of grooming experience, Tess is a true friend of the fancy. She specializes in preparing double-coated breeds like Collies for the show ring. Tess takes great pride in crafting precise, breed-standard trims — with Cairn Terriers being a particular favorite to groom! She also brings refined skill in hand-stripping, offering pet clients a level of care typically reserved for show dogs.
A devoted lover of Collies and sighthounds, she has a special touch with these elegant breeds, blending expertise with genuine affection in every groom.
Alicia Pynn
Professional Dog Groomer
Alicia has been making pups look their best for nearly 7 years — and her passion truly shows in every wagging tail she styles.
When she’s not in the salon, Alicia loves to draw and paint, blending creativity from the canvas to the grooming table. She also enjoys getting outdoors to hike and camp, and never misses a chance to catch a great concert.
Having just moved to the area from the northeast, Alicia is excited to start this new chapter — and we’re so happy to have her on the team!
FAQs
Find answers to your most pressing questions about our grooming services right here.
How do I book an appointment?
Easy peasy! You can book online, give us a call or text, or even swing by the salon during business hours. We recommend scheduling in advance so your pup can snag their favorite spot.
What vaccines are required?
For everyone’s safety, we require up-to-date rabies vaccination records. We also recommend core vaccines like distemper and bordetella to keep tails wagging worry-free.
How long does grooming take?
Every pup is unique! Most visits take 2–4 hours, depending on size, coat, and services. We’ll give you an estimated pick-up time when you drop off your furry friend.
What if my dog is anxious?
No worries — we specialize in gentle, patient handling. We take breaks as needed and always work at your dog’s pace. Comfort comes first, every time.
What services do you offer?
From baths and blowouts to full grooms, de-shedding, nail care, ear cleaning, and more — if it makes pups look and feel amazing, we probably do it!
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs do best every 4–8 weeks, depending on breed and lifestyle. Regular visits keep coats healthy and make grooming a breeze.
Can I stay with my dog during grooming?
We totally get it — you love your pup! But dogs often get more anxious if their person is nearby. They do best when they can relax and bond with our team.
What if my dog has matted fur?
We’ll always choose what’s safest and most comfortable. If matting is severe, a shorter cut may be necessary — but we’ll talk it through with you first.
Do you take walk-ins?
No, we always require an appointment! Some services such as nail trims can be booked for the same day!
How much does it cost?
Prices vary based on breed, size, coat condition, and service. We’ll happily give you a quote before we start.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, debit, credit, and digital payments are all welcome. Tips for our groomers are never expected but always appreciated (and usually spent on coffee and dog treats).
